Extremely distressing, one of their Dentists caused undue emotional distress to me and my family by over dramatising in a negative way during routine checkups. Further assessment by another Dentist the following week was far less worrying so that the visit in the first instance seemed to be just a psychological trick in order to truamatise us into willingly submit and pay whatever it takes to save our teeth. I was in tears on both occasions that I saw this Dentist and on both occasions she led me to believe that there was very little hope left in saving our teeth. Following visits to other Dentists and it was quite another story. Leaving me and my family angry and feeling abused. At $180 per patient every 15 miniutes they are milking Stanthorpe residents dry. It took days to recover from this nasty experience. I will be driving to Brisbane for our dental care in the future. It's just a money making racket!
Was in for less than 10mins. No needle or x-rays. Cost well over $300. Would not recommend.
