Not keen at all
Great service
At the beginning of the lease they were helpful and everything (first time signing a lease in this country). We told them our moving out date one month in advance, they were well aware of that. Nonetheless on that day, (not previously, having a whole month time to tell us) the same day we had to give our keys back they let us know we were supposed to do a professional carpet cleaning. It was never mentioned in the contract that we had to, and they never told us anything until the very last day when they showed us a receipt of a carpet cleaning that was done ONE MONTH before we moved in. Moreover we were charged for some extra cleaning services and when we asked more information about that, they didn't even bother to answer, knowing we were heading abroad. This is very poor customer service to me. I would not recommend renting from them.
I don't know what their sales department is like but never ever EVER try to rent a place from them. The property person there is the most arrogant tit I have ever spoken to. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. Potential renter beware.
