Beautiful country cottage, so unique... Perfect base to explore the surrounding area from.
We recently stayed in the cosy Briar Rose cottage and were welcomed by a log fire burning and a few other treats on arrival. The cottage has everything we needed and quickly felt like home. Debbie is an excellent host with friendly, quick responses prior and during our stay. The location of the cottage is perfect, close to the town centre and enough privacy from the other accomodation on site. We really enjoyed our visit and plan to go back!
Beaut 2 bedroomed cottage. Very reasonable cost if sharing between 2 couples. Well laid out with most things one needs for a self-catering stay. The log fire adds an element of romance while the welcoming local Granite Belt wine and fresh flowers lends a thoughtful touch.Easy access from which to explore the Granite Belt, and close enough to local eateries to be able to walk and not drive.The icing on the top was the coffee machine plus some coffee pods provided, and a full sized fridge. The owner is helpful and friendly.Will stay there again.
What a splendid cottage to stay at. Close to town which mean the ability to walk down to the river and enjoy the sunset. The service provided here was amazing, friendly and helpful whenever you needed. The cottage was pretty, lovely little touch of coffee and snacks provided and extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great relaxing retreat. We would recommend this accommodation to all our friends/families and guests.
